I am doing a week long “challenge or experiment” but I switched it to the Atkins frozen dinners and bars, I am going with their “plan” and having two meals and two snacks a day~this was day 2 and so far so good, will keep you posted, this is just for fun~I do not plan on doing this for life! 🤪
Update 😬 I am already having tummy issues, I was hoping that the vegetables would be so “cooked” that they would not bother me but they are 😭
Also, in my financial chat, there are so many things left unsaid~ even when John and I were on a budget, we absolutely had savings, retirement and other investments that we did not touch! The main point is DON’T get in debt, it is so nice being debt free! 🤑
