2 Eggs
1/2 Stick of butter (softened)
8 oz/cup of sour cream
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 can of creamed corn
1 can whole corn (include “juice”)
mix all together, grease glass baking dish– bake @ 350 for 45-60 minutes—until edges are pulling away slightly and brown–Enjoy! xoxo
