Pecan Pie Muffins~
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar firmly packed
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
2/3 Cup Butter
Mix all together and bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Makes about 6 muffins, I usually double it~
